Just got a Email From Triad Trailers in Raleigh and my shipment will not be ready untill monday afternoon at soonest , possibly tuesday, So sorry to be all over on my dates im Banking on Triad..
I'm leaning towards your bid, since the timing and the price seem right. I'm checking with the marina I purchase the boat from, if a pick up next Thursday (1 week from now) will work. In the meantime, can you provide me with a copy of your insurance coverage and your procedure for status updates during the shipping period?

Not a Problem on The Insurance and As Far as Updates you can Call me anytime day and night, Like I Said We have a Shipment from Triad Trailers in North Carolina To Seattle Washington , Depart Date is Monday and Im Giving us 4 Days to be in Seattle, The a Turn Around to Head to Russo Marine in Medford Mass to Pick up another Boat to Take to Langley BC Canada, Would like to know if there going to be an Issue if Im not there until Friday, Plan on being there on Thursday, I just trying to get a varience so there are no broken fealings or issues, There is 5000 miles between me and there just StATING...........
I assume Thursday or Friday pickup will be fine next week, although I don't have confirmation yet from the dealer. How can you provide me a hard copy of information on your insurance coverage?

It is about 2000 miles and we usually charge $1/mile but if you think that we can hook up on Friday or Saturday We will do it for $1750

Chris believe me with the prices of the diesel right now this is really the best we can do for 2000miles we will need 200g*$4.35=$1070 will go for fuel,My driver will need get some food,rest in a motel for a couple nights.Transport is not a cheap service.And on the top of this you will get insured and licensed transport!

Just spoke to sales rep. He has been off on Monday and Tuesday, since he works weekends. He's also at a different location than where the boat is at, so he's going to check on things and get back to me on when my check will clear and what they need to do on their end to get the boat ready to ship. I'll keep you posted.

I will not be in Washington untill Endish of next week, Im Not Leaving North Carolina untill Monday then Should Be in Seattle untill Thursday at Latest Then Turn Around Direct to you, I Dont think I can Lower too Much More as Fuel in The Western States is over $4.50 a Gallon, Let me Lower it a Little I just Have to Cover the Fuel and Insurance.

Hello Chris.Thank you for the bid request.Unfortunately this will be the low we can go.I just want to take you attention to the fact that we offer cargo insurance up to $100000 for your boat so during transport you are covered with us!Not everybody can offer you this so please consider that we you make your choice!I have a driver delivering in Bellevue,WA next Thursday so we can hook up on Friday and deliver Monday-Tuesday in WI!
I'll accept right now at $1500. Otherwise, give me a day to decide at $1700. Thx.
Chris, if this is the case what I will do is look for a different load and if there is nothing that works for my driver till Tuesday afternoon and you are still looking for a transport I will lower my bid to $1600 but this will really be our bottom.Thank you.We would love to earn your business but diesel prices are killing us.

I'd rather pay the full amount in cash at delivery versus 1/2 at pick up and the other 1/2 at delivery. Is that possible?
Yes, I am insured please look on my profile page and you can see that. I always suggest that you have your own boat insurance for added coverage. I could pick it up between thursday and sunday. Is it possible to pick it on the weekend? If not I will try to pick up late friday. I would rather have some deposit on the load. We could discuss if you except my bid. Thanks Clayton.

I cant do 1500, remember, we only get what you pay us at drop off which is 1699. Out of that we have to pay fo the fuel at 4.29 a gal for diesel and ins and wear. so you can see thst there is a lot to be taken out and befoe long the 1978 is cut to pieces.. I can come to 1850 but that stings a little. Were not a new company, those that underbid themselves wont be here for long but I understand you choosing them cause they work for free. Hope we can work this out. Whiteline88. Last I checked there was a problem with me asking questions, they are working on it but if you ask first I can respond. I like your bid. I need to verify pick up date with the dealer, but they tentatively thought it would be ready on Wednesday. yes i have insurance. i have a boat that needs to be brought from wisconsin and that will be ready by the 5th or 6th. it takes me not more than 2 days to deliver but also depends on the weather or delays.
