Additional Information: I will have a 2004 triumph 210cc center counsel boat with a yamaha 150 hp outboard on a alum tandem axle trailer ( boat and trailer are like new with only 12 hrs on boat and less than 100 miles on trailer ) both have been garage stored and have been gone through by a local dealer to verify they are road worthy.The boat is at a dealer in gainsville florida zip 32601 and I would like it delivered to Huntington Beach Calif 92647. The boat should be ready to go by thursday , maybe a chance a day or two earlier. I,m flexible on dates out , if it can save me money , would just like the boat here within the next 2 weeks . Can pay cash or whatever makes it the cheapest for me. Report a Violation

Response: jamie, we are higher then the other guys because the cost breakdown to go to CA and back for food fuel and lodging is $3400.00 round trip, and that doesn't count paying for my time or wear on the truck. we only move 1 boat at a time. Now i could leave fl as soon as tomorrow. If that is the kind of service you are interested in we could come down on the price to say $4500 but you would need to give us lead time to book another load. you know the bottom line is that a truck needs to make $2.00 a mile so the lower you are from that price in your quote the more likely it is that the shipping company is going to be making several stops along the way or even worse if it is being hauled behind a pickup truck transporting freight in your boat. Response: I have will have insurance on the boat. The boat is a 2004 triumph 21 ft center counsel with only 14 hrd on the yamaha 150 hr outboard motor and 100 miles on the aluminum trailer with spare tire that has been garage stored, combined weight is around 3000lbs. The trailer has been gone through by the dealer to verify that the brakes wheels and lights are good to go. It has florida registration and will also have temp registration on the trailer from the sale through the dealer. I have gotten a bid of 1965 , what can you do this run for. The boat is at the dealer in gaisnville and should be ready to go by thursday , but can be stored there till you are ready. Please give me your timeframe and bid Thanks (8/12/2008)
