SoCal Delivery Service Terms & Conditions
Please do not let my Terms/Conditions intimidate you from using my services. I am a business owner and these are designed to Protect both you the Shipper & myself the carrier as any normal business would need to provide as we run a clean 100% Legal Delivery Service. There are a lot of Carriers that are operating illegally without the correct State/Federal Permits & Commercial Insurance, they can be cheaper but your shipment will not be protected if something should happen, Only a portion of these may apply as all items below cover every type of shipment I provide. Also please see the Feedback on our past Shipments and you will see we have a 100% Rating with lots of satisfied customers. I look forward to earning your Business, Thanks Steve
Standard Payment Terms are 50% Deposit and Balance upon delivery except payments made thru uShip. Terms for payment can be negotiated before delivery. Accepted payments methods are uShip, Wire Transfer, Check (Must Clear Bank before Delivery), PayPal, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
Towables, Vehicles, Vessels, Motorcycles, ATV's, UTV's, Go Carts:
All Towable's must be in good mechanical condition, such as Lights, Tires, Axles, Bearings & Registration/Plates Current. Any Towable's damaged in transit due to mechanical failure, fatigue or wear due to age, un-avoidable Road Hazards, Road Debris, on tires or the vehicle towed in general, the client will be responsible for all costs, to include repairs, towing, downtime ($50.00 per hour), lodging if item needs repair and damage to others, property or my equipment. SoCal Delivery Service may have towable repaired while in transit with client’s approval unless the situation poses a safety or health risk. Client must pay for all repairs to the authorized repair facility directly and/or SoCal Delivery Service will charge the client directly upon delivery. Client must provide contact information to authorize such repairs if any repairs to Towable's are required. SoCal Delivery Service may hold shipments in Lien until all costs for repairs and expenses are reimbursed to SoCal Delivery Service if SoCal Delivery Service suffered any out of pocket expenses. SoCal Delivery is not responsible for loss of any articles, unsecured items and/or damage to articles or loose items left in any form of vehicle or towable and all boats items to include seats must be secured. It is the customers responsibility to make sure any and all loose items in any form of vehicle, vessel or towable is secure to prevent damage or loss. SoCal Delivery Service is not responsible for Delivery of, Negotiating of or any other issues between seller and buyer of DMV Paperwork, Titles, Bill of Sales, chasing down money such as Payments or Collections, etc.
All Items Shipped will be Inspected before loading. Driver will take pictures to document shipments condition at pick-up and delivery. All Vehicles, Vessels, Trailers
When could you pick the boat up? I may not be able to meet you at the boat storage facility. Would that be OK or is it mandatory that I am there to coordinate?
Hey Geoff, I can pickup between 10-11 tomorrow and deliver to cypress a few hours later. You do not need to be present and everything must be in good towable condition. Also I am a legitimate delivery service located in Orange County, thanks Steve
