Questions for this shipment:

Question: Hello. Can get this moved for you. Your best route is to have this shipped to Port of Tacoma loaded onto vessel and delivered to Port of Anchorage. Let me know. Thanks. Jeremiah (2/2/2008)
Response: PS: I had indicated that I didn't want the boat towed to AK on the boat trailer (rather have it come up the highway on a transport, flatbed or in a container), but I have no problem with just hooking onto the trailer in Roseburg and towing the unit to Tacoma to load on a barge. (2/2/2008)
Response: OK. I will contact the shipping yard we use on Monday so I can get a price from them on the vessel side and get back to you then. Thanks. Jeremiah (2/2/2008)
Response: Just to let you know, I was off on the weight. I talked to the dealer and the total weight is about 4000 lbs, not 2000. Also even though it is a 20 ft boat, the overall length is about 27 ft when you consider the outboard motor and the trailer tongue. Just so you have more accurate information. Sorry for not having it correct in the first place. Let me know what you find out. (2/4/2008)
Question: will TOW for 2500 (2/6/2008)
Response: Hi Duffwiil, Thanks for answering my add. Do you have insurance to cover the boat while it is in your possession? (2/6/2008)
Response: yes see profile,25k more available as needed. (2/6/2008)
Response: Hello again duffwill, I checked the profile and it says full value to $25,000. I need minimum $30,000, so how much more is it to increase to that amount? Also note that I was off on the weight in the add. I have since checked with the dealer and the total weight of the boat-motor-trailer is closer to 4000 Lbs and the overall length is 27 ft from the trailer tongue to the outboard motor. I just want to make sure you have all the correct information. Thanks again! (2/6/2008)
Response: $50. and yes I saw cottected figures.I will be towing with motor home (2/6/2008)
Response: Sounds good Duffwill. make a bid so we can go forward. Any idea when you would come up with the boat? Thanks again! (2/6/2008)
Response: I can pickup Mon. or Tues.I will place the bid as soon as I see the motor home tomorrow. It is paid for now,I have 2 to bring up.Will there be a temp plate on trailer?? (2/6/2008)
Response: I've already registered the trailer in AK and have the plate. Didn't plan on having someone else it towed up here. Originally I was going down to get it myself, but time constraints brought me here. I was going to put the plate on when I went to pick the boat up. If we come together, I can just mail the plate down to the dealer and you or he can put it on the trailer there when you pick it up. (2/6/2008)
Response: Can you get it there Mon.or Tues.??If so I will place the bid. (2/7/2008)
Response: I'm sure I can. I can either put it in overnight mail or I'm actually going to be in Seattle tomorrow and could drop it in regular post and it would be there in time. PS: No rush to get up here, it has been -45 F at my house the last several mornings with highs of -25 to -40. Look up the weather underground for Tok, AK and you'll be looking at where my cousin lives, -70 yesterday morning! This weather is supposed to break by mid week next week, so you really won't have a problem, but I guarantee it will be colder than where ever you are now. (2/7/2008)
Question: I was under the impression you wanted the boat "off the road" and hauled up. I am on my way back from AK so my info is current. If the boat isn't shrink wrapped plan on damage towing it behind the bidders motorhome, lots of traction rocks on the hwy thru out BC. If it is shrink wrapped, plan on the shrink wrap falling off as it doesn't stay on in -50 weather. I am still offering to haul your boat to Alaska as I do with many other boats several times a year. I am a licensed, Canadian bonded and heavily insured ICC carrier. I have hauled from your boat's factory before for AK dealers. If you are ready to do this right, let me know and I'll pick it up the first of next week. Otherwise, good luck with the The Phantom (2/7/2008)
Response: Thanks, you'll see that I accepted your bid. (2/7/2008)
