Question: How are the tires,bearings,lights,plates,and brakes (8/29/2008)
Response: Initially, I was hoping to get a bid on shipping it on a float. If I have to ship towed, I will install new tires and service axles. Trailer has surge brakes--I think they work. Lights and plates OK. 2" ball. What is your tow vehicle? What's it's max towed capacity? Thanks. (8/29/2008)

Response: Let's try this again, Ian. O/All height from ground to roof is 9'6". If I have a choice, I'd like to ship on your bed. If not, it'll have to be towed. In that case, does my trailer's surge brakes have to be working. I think they do but not absolutely sure at this time. Also, the boat and trailer weighs 5000lbs. (8/31/2008)
Response: Let me go measure my deck height once more. Key thing is I'm trying to keep with 13' total to avoid permits. My truck does all the braking so the only thing I would request if we go for towing is that the tires and bearings be serviced. I'll get back in 20 minutes. Thanks Ian (8/31/2008)

Response: OK, Ian. $1600. for truck bed delivery. Fine to deal in cash. Do you mean Cash on Delivery? Also, the max roof height is 9'3" but there is a horn and spotlight that sticks up another 9" +/-. Will it be necessary to remove these? Also, do you know a convenient spot at Blaine to unload? Response: I live about 12 hours from Bethel Island. My qoute is all expenses inclusive with delivery to Bellingham or Blaine Wa or somewhere in between. You may pick the destination. I prefer to be paid in person in cash, however I can also do paypal ,please add 5% to total bid to cover thier surcharge. I would like to pick up between 5 or 6th and meet and deliver between 7th and 9th. I can have my insurance fax you a copy of coverage on Wednesday ,however I'll already be on the road so we would need to be commited already. If you accept my bid, our contact info will be exchanged at that point and work the rest of the details from that point on. I've placed a second bid below for the flatbed service. Question: Yes, cash on delivery is preferred in US funds. I know a very convenient location in Blaine. The light and the horn probably should be removed but is not a necessary.
