Response: We are needing the delivery no later than Monday. It is going straight to the shipping yard so I am not able to meet you there for payment. Do you take paypal or compass bank cashier's checks? We can send one overnoight to the dock and have the porters pay you when vehicle is delivered. Response: It is being dropped at a shipping yard but it is not the port so you don't need a TWIX card. We are wanting to confirm this today. Please send me the final price and details....enclosed trailer or open, insurance carried or not, actual delivery date, route driven, payment terms (pick-up at my office or overnight cashiers check to drop-off location), saturday delivery is ok! let me know! Response: It will be transported in a ENCLOSED TRLR ins provided up to 500,00 cargo, 1 mil liability. Route would be from p/u I-20 to I-85 to I-65 to I-10 to Houston. CK to drop location will be fine, $650 all fees included per uship. P/U would be Friday after-noon late or Saturday, delivery Sunday night or Monday morn early. Response: Ok, I am ready to accept the bid. the only problem is that Sunday delivery is not acceptable. Monday morning will be fine but on Sunday, there is no one at the shipping yard to sign. We do ask that a letter is signed at pick-up stating that from pick-up to delivery, all liability is on the shipper. We have had a previous experience that damage was done in transport and we had to eat that expense. This is a brand new vehicle so there should be no damage...however, I can also send a form for you to notate any visible damage and sign and leave with dealership so that you will not be responsible for this.
