Response: Yes, The car was being driven by a mechanic for the first year who thought i was killed due to a obituary mistake, my attorney is currently in possession of the vehicle. I know a new battery was just put in March because it sat for about 3-4 months due to litigation but it is definitely running now. Per my request, it's been started twice a week until i figure out transportation for the vehicle to my current station. The issue i'm having is finding a reasonable price for having the vehicle shipped to me... not finding a shipper.5/22/2012
