Question: Hello Shipper, Is it a must that the driver have a TWIC card? I have a driver returning from Texas and I will be able to submit a bid that should be cost effective for both of us. Thanks, Peter (11/5/2009)
Response: yes, without a TWIC card driver cannot go to the port and must pay $100 for port escort. this fee needs to be included in your bid. (11/6/2009)
