Will you be towing the boat or putting it on a trailer? Either is find, but the boat is brand new and the trailer is not registered. I could get you a temporary registration if you needed to tow it. Question: hi shipper, I have a 18 ft. long dove tail trailer and could haul trailer and boat on it probably. If you can give me the over all width and length of your boat trailer. My inside fender to fender width is 83 inches. I could pick up on the 6th and deliver on the 7th if your trailer will fit on mine, which I think it would. Response: Thanks for your interest! I will call the dealer tomorrow and see what the measurements are. I notice that you do not have any feedback yet. I realize you have to start somewhere, but do you have any references? I would be somewhat weary about providing half of the payment up front also with you having no feedback. Response: Hi shipper, I have several people that know me and can vauch for me. I don't have any shipper references though. Your questioning the half down payment, how were you going to pay for delivery services and what guarntee do I have of payment on delivery? Response: I would rather it hauled, but towed would be ok also. To me it seems that your guarantee of payment would be the boat. Don't unhook/unload the boat until we pay. I assure you that I will pay and are good for the money. I purchased the boat cash and will pay you the same. Believe it or not, another person who did not even bid on the shipments sent me a message that said, "Be Wise ! COD ONLY." Thanks again for your interest, I hope we can come to an agreement! Response: Thanks for the quick return. I will except cash on delivery,cod. I would like to go ahead and tow unit, I would go to a car wash and do a wash before delivery.
