Response: I tried to get to the bank today to have the check cut and didn't get there in time,,and they are closed tomorrow. I will Fed Ex Priority so the seller should have by 10 AM Friday and will release it upon receipt of the check. So it should be available Friday AM, and certainly by Saturday.
