Question: I will be headed back to WA on the 3rd or 4th of January, coming right up I-15 through Salt Lake. I have driven truck and pulled trailers of all sizes behind my Chevy Tahoe for years (including our 31' Airstream). Question: I'm located close to start location and can pickup on 3 Jan and ferry to WA. Because of cost of fuel I'm unable to meet your target but not much above it. Response: Bummer! If you are in Seattle where this is to end up, why couldnt we just hook on the trailer and bring it on up? It wouldnt take much to do that, unless it is locked up somewhere where it isnt accessable. Just an thought! (12/28/2007)
Response: It is in a secure storage lot. I am trying to coordinate with my wife. I assume you could do all the hookup since she has not done before? Also, it has been sitting for the past 2 months, may need to check air in the tires. Other than that it is winterized and good to go. What is your timeframe. What time do you need to pick it up by? Response: We can handle all the hook ups and tires, etc. We are leaving this evening sometime, and would have to pick it up by this afternoon. But we are just on the other side of Draper in Utah County and can get there fairly quick. If we are gonna make this happen, we should move on this quickly. I will submit the quote here shortly, and once you accept, we will have our phone numbers to fine tune this. Hopefully your wife wont have any issues with getting to the storage facility. Response: Good. We are 10 minuites from there. As far as the insurance goes. I do have liability coverage , but my carrier wont cover other peoples possesions. You can easily put a rider on your own policy that would be the easiest and most economical. There is a site on line that allows you to cover anything from point A to point B which is pretty cheap as well. But you really shouldnt have to worry. I got my 100% feedback score because of the pre-cautions and attention to detail I provide. Its the other jerks on the road we have to worry about!! Let me know if your wife is available early this afternoon. I would like to bring it to the shop to make sure everything is road worthy. Thanks again! (12/28/2007)
