Question: Shipper. I understand, collecting costs. We have submitted a bid. Shipping sometimes has a lot to do with when you ship rather then the prices given or wanted, because the price the dependant on who is still around when you get to the point when you want to ship, unless you have extra waiting power which will ultimatly give you the best price.
