Questions for this shipment:

Question: Can it be driven to the destination? (11/19/2008)
Response: Yes, but not my preference. (11/20/2008)
Response: I can do it for 700.00 and when can it be picked up and delivered? (11/20/2008)
Question: Hi! Check out my feedback by clicking on my name! When is this ready to go? What are deadlines for pickup and Dropoff? What days and hours can pickup and dropoff be done? Does everything work? (Lights, brakes, air, radio, heat/defroster) What engine and transmission does this have? Is it gas or diesel? Does it have a hitch? Is it modified or customized? Any cargo or personal belongings? Will it make the trip OK if I drive it for you? Please let me know right away so I can figure my low bid for you! Thanks! Dave (11/20/2008)
Response: Vehicle should be ready no later than next Monday (11/24). Target pick-up is next week, with delivery no later than 12/3 (I'm taking into account the Thanksgiving holiday). Pick-up is Mon-Fri, 10am - 5pm; drop off is any day besides a Saturday. Everything works. Gas engine, automatic transmission. No hitch. Not customized. No cargo. It will make a trip if driven (this is not my personal preference). Anything else? (11/20/2008)
Question: Hello. Our company will be traveling from New Mexico to Virginia beginning Tuesday November 25th through Monday December 1st. We will have room left for other items in our enclosed trailer. At that time we will have unloaded from the trailer a 2 bedroom home worth of household goods and a new model 1700cc road bike, and other various items. After we set out from New Mexico we will have approx. 42 feet of floor or 2000 cubic ft of space remaining. With that said, we would like to come to terms with you so we can pickup and deliver your job along our way. What is a price that is fair to us yet at the same time a price that you are willing to pay? We are hoping that, if we can come to terms, that you will accept our bid on Uship immediately so we can call you by phone and work out all the details associated with the pickup and delivery. Lastly, how soon could your job be picked up? Please get back to us ASAP so we can plan our schedule accordingly along the route.~SAG Industries Inc~ (11/20/2008)
Response: How about $400? I expect the car to be available early-mid next week. I'm finalizing payment today, so next week should be very realistic. (11/20/2008)
Response: Sorry, we won't be able to ship your vehicle. We will be out of the area for pickup by then. Best wishes for finding a good and reliable provider. ~ SAG Industries (11/20/2008)
Response: When will you be going through Texas? The vehicle may be ready earlier than I think. Please respond. (11/20/2008)
Response: Hi again, we would have to pick up around Monday the 24th and deliver by the 30th at the absolute latest. Our trailer must be cleared to load a large job on Dec. 1. Please let us know. Thanks, Erin & Jerry ~ SAG Industries (11/20/2008)
Response: I believe Monday the 24th is very doable. I spoke with my dealer and he feels pretty comfortable all will be ready for a Monday pick-up. I will be able to confirm tomorrow. What are you thinking about concerning price? Thanks, Dwayne (11/20/2008)
Response: Thank you for getting back to us. In our original e-mail, we stated that we would not be able to pick up the car until around Nov. 24 as we will be leaving NM then and heading east to VA to load a large job on Dec. 1. So we would need to pick up the vehicle sometime on our way back from NM and deliver before Dec. 1, allowing time for us to reach VA by the evening of Nov. 30. We are on our way to NM now to deliver a load and hope to be back on the road by the 25th or 26th. This would enable us to pick up the BMW between approximately the 26th and the 28th. We will know better once we depart NM. The vehicle would be driven inside a 42 ft enclosed hauler, strapped with soft nylon ratchet straps, and covered with an auto care cover. Pricing: your low bid is $800 for an open trailer. Are you willing to pay more to protect the car from vandalism, theft, and road hazard by having it transported in an enclosed hauler with locks and alarm system? Please let us know. Thanks, SAG Industries (11/21/2008)
Response: Timing of 26th-28th looks very good. I'm not sure from what price you are asking me to raise(my original offer of $400 or the low bid), but how about $600? (11/21/2008)
Response: Hi again, thanks for getting back to us. We can match your lowest bid ($800) and do the shipment in our enclosed trailer. We'll also throw in a gift card for a meal at Applebee's as a thank you. Please understand that this car needs to go a great distance, and it's a large car that would take up much of our trailer room that could be used for hauling other items. Thanks, Erin & Jerry ~ SAG Industries (11/21/2008)
Response: Erin/Jerry, Thanks for your response. Based on the feedback others have provided you and your speedy communication with me thus far, I accept your bid. Will you make the formal offer today? Thanks for everything thus far, Dwayne (11/21/2008)
Response: Hi Dwayne, we have submitted the bid. Please accept it only if you can be flexible with the shipment. We are on a tight schedule with our large jobs in New Mexico and Virginia and can't be held up. Once you accept the bid, Uship will release contact information and we will give you regular updates by e-mail and phone. You have been great to work with so far. We look forward to earning your positive feedback. Thanks, Erin & Jerry ~ SAG Industries (11/21/2008)
Response: I am flexible, just looking for guidance on the date of pick-up. I will be out of town 11/27 and 11/28 for Thanksgiving...will that be a problem? (11/21/2008)
Response: Hi Dwayne, that shouldn't be a problem. You live in Virginia, right? We could deliver the car on the 29th or 30th and still get to our job on the 1st. Would a delivery on those days be OK? Thanks, Erin & Jerry ~ SAG Industries (11/21/2008)
Response: Yes...I live in Virginia. November 30 would be perfect. Also, are you looking at a pick-up in Austin of next Wednesday? Do you know yet? Take care, Dwayne (11/21/2008)
Response: Hi again, Nov. 30 would be perfect for us too, since that is near our big job in time and location. We're not sure what time of day we would deliver; we will know that as we get closer to you. As for the pickup, we're not completely certain. It all depends on the other large job that we have in New Mexico -- we need to unload a house and a motorcycle in that state. The sooner those customers are able to receive their items and we can unload them, the sooner we can get back on the road headed east. Depending on these factors, we might pick up on Wednesday or possibly as late as Friday. Once the bid is accepted, we can stay in touch with you and the dealer by phone and can arrange a pickup time that works for everyone. You should have the car before Dec. 1 because our Chesterfield, VA customer is flying to their new home and is not flexible on the loading date. Considering this and the size of the job, it would behoove us not to be late. Jerry & Erin ~ SAG Industries (11/21/2008)
Response: Sounds great. Chesterfield is approximately 90 minutes from our house. Thanks for the update. I'll accept the bid. Have a great weekend, Dwayne (11/21/2008)
Response: Great, thanks Dwayne! (11/21/2008)
