Question: We travel with a 936 areacode ceil and normally like to call the owner 'you' before we pickup auto's and give you an inspection report- visual and under hood/ body/ pre- accident check, body repair's or bondo/ wall thickness and if they smoke when start up over the years we have found that sometimes things are not as buyer's expect and have had buyers say don't bring back for many reasons it's much better for the auctions arbitration dept while the auto is still on location before its transported, hope you know what im talking about this saves everyone lot's of headaches 'so if you dont like what I report to you via ceil phone while on location I can go to their office and state the nature of the problem, they then do their inspection onsite and you can get ajustments made then. we dont mind but some places make seller lower sell price or you do have a right to reject it. I do hate bringing these things up but sometimes its for the best for all. by chance something is wrong. (9/4/2008)

Response: Mitch, we have gotten tied up in Tao's NM, had transported 3 trucks for one person to here and when we arrived he was not here at address, so we have stayed now or 2 days are up! we have no ceil phone service here and are told we may drop them off at city impound lot in the morning but we will loose the money he owes us and will understand if you blow us off and take the next bidder... We still have to go to phoenix for our other screaming buyers we are past due also on.. maybe someday we can make it up to you by doing a free haul, but we are going to Phoenix, but you can do as you must, we are 3000 in the hole as of today and must finish our route, sorry, everyone is mad at us, your not alone but we did find a load out of here last night and was paid 1/2 before midnight so we are on our way back on route. we must have everything back in texas before this weekend and thank God everything goes to Dallas feel free to scream at me later but im at end this morning,loading in2hours,its6am (9/10/2008)

Ill try my best to book someone but your other driver probably isnt the only one stuck in Houston or around there. This is usually an easy route, but not currently given the circumstances. Response: Im working on it at $600 now but honestly if I had $125 more(my original lowest bid) it would definitely help expedite this much more swiftly. $600 is below the market low so Im not sure how much I like our odds at that rate given circumstances. Ill try my best at whatever rate you want though. Its no more or less money to me either way, its all in what we offer my driver to get them to accept my contract for the load over another vehicle.
