Just to clarify, by between 11am and 6pm you mean you don't know what exact time you will be there, or I can choose what time you can get there? My seller is at work 9-5, but he can probably make arrangements for pickup before 5. Before 5, do you need seller to be there, i.e can he leave the key in some pre-agreed location (back porch, etc) or with the neighbors? Thanks again, and I am looking forward to working with you. Response: Hi Roman, thanks for your response. I can work with the seller on the pick up time for Wednesday July 30th. . Earlier in the day (after 11am) is better for me, but I will be flexible. Response: Rick, My seller can do 11:30 or 12:30 for lunch ( his lunch is between 11 and 12 or 12 and 1, and he has a 20 minute commute). Otherwise, he can do after 4:30. Let me know what works best for you, and we can close the deal. (7/24/2008)
