The easiest, and most cost effective, way for me to do this would be one at a time, but I do have other drivers available, if you'd prefer to have all three done at once. You didn't mention your preferred dates. I'm scheduled through the 20th, and could begin then, delivering the last one about seventeen days later, maybe a little sooner, depending on travel arrangements back to FL and how the trips go. I would prefer to bid just the one truck you have listed, with a guarantee that I'll do the other two trucks, one at a time, for 10% less. Your guarantee that I'll do what I say, is in my feedback; there is no way I want to jeopardize my perfect record. Let me know how all this sounds to you and I'll get together a number for you. Question: Hi - Jim again. I would do the truck you have listed for $1725. That number includes a fuel allowance of $550, figured using 13mpg and today's diesel prices. If the truck actually does get 15 mpg, and the price of fuel doesn't rise too much in the next few weeks, then I wouldn't use that much, and I would credit any remainder towards any balance due. If you were pleased with the results, I would do the other similar shipments at at a minimum discount of 13.5 percent. Please ask any questions you may have. Response: Hi - I could pick up the first truck on the 20th, and hopefully be back in FL for the second one on the 25th; the 26th would be easier and more likely, but I'm not sure if your location in FL is open on Sundays. That should put me back in WA on 5/1. Unfortunately I have another job now scheduled for the first week in May. I could pick up the third truck after that job, on the 9th, and deliver on the 14th.
