Question: Very respectfully, I think your target price is quite low. I'm taking 3 bikes from Chicago area to Tampa this weekend, each is paying $525. With fuel so high now you may need to adjust your price expectation some. Best of luck. (4/9/2008)

Response: I should of listen to you but am in no hurry to get my motorcycle would you be able to pick up my please let me know (4/19/2008)

Response: I wish I could. Not trying to be difficult, but a lot of guys I know have gone out of business over the last month or so, with many more to follow. I'm trying to not be one of them. I know it's expensive to ship things now, but I have to make a certain amount just to stay in business. When pulling my trialer I average 9mpg. With fuel at $3.50 that almost 40 cents per miles just in fuel, before I start making anything. Throw in insurance, maintenance, lodging, food, etc., etc., I'm paying about 65 cents per mile while moving. To be profitable I have to have enough loaded to be making $2/mi., so I have to squeeze all I can out of every square foot of space. I've noticed that most people's expected price to pay has not kept up with increases in fule prices. They still want to be able to ship at prices from a year ago or more. It's just not possible anymore. That's why all those truckers were striking a couple of weeks ago. Customers must help us shoulder this burden. Best of luck. (4/9/2008)

Response: yes i understand i need a better price than the 525 i would like for you to pick up my motor cycle have spent the last ten minutes reading all your good feed back have invested time in this all ready help me out here :-) (4/9/2008)

Response: Yes, I've worked very hard to make sure all my customers are happy every job I do. I wish I could help you out, but I can't, my margins are just too thin. Believe me, I'm not getting rich. I'm barely staying in business, like everyone else. Blame the environmentalists that won't let us drill anywhere in the US, or build new refineries. If the administration announced tomorrow that we will begin drilling for our own oil, the worlwide price per barrel would drop immediately and dramatically. We could be back at $30/barrel within a month. But that won't happen, so we are all at the mercy of the pump. I know how you feel, but I can't go out of business in order to give people the price they want to pay. This is all market driven. Best wishes and good luck. (4/9/2008)

Response: can you do it for 450.00 (4/9/2008)

Response: If you read the profile for your current bidder, and especially the feedback from people who have hired them, you see why there is a difference in prices. You can get it done for the price you want. (4/9/2008)
