Question: 2nd message, sorry for the bother...forgot to say that your $250 target price is fine and right in our normal range (basically 50c/mile flat, and then we cover all expenses including fuel). You may pay us on either end, or another way if you're not actually on either end. (what is the situation by the way?). And only ONE of we two sisters will be in the car...we share this account but we both drive separate trips. Thanks again, hope this works out! (12/6/2007)

Response: I will know shortly when the car can be picked up. I would love to get it friday morning, but it might not be ready until Sat. The situation is I am purchasing a car and I have overnighted a package. They have already verified my funds and are just waiting to receive the package. I will let you know shortly. Let me know the dates you would be available. Thanks for your help (12/6/2007)

Response: Good for you with the quick response! Okay, just keep me posted on the progress. I can pickup Friday OR Saturday, and I'll come straight down to you, but it will depend on my day&time of pickup to determine delivery to you. I'd say next day delivery. Also, next i'll send you a message about general liablity info, becuase I'm sure that will be the next topic of conversation here. Just as soon as you know possible p/up day, put a quick message here and I'll place the $250 bid. Thank you! (12/6/2007)

Response: Thanks, I will let you know ASAP (12/6/2007)

Response: Weather report: fri/sat all clear, but Sunday has ice/severe storms in the forecast for tulsa area. i'll probably bid by early fri a.m. so you can push that button(if you wish) when you get the "all clear" from tulsa end. (12/6/2007)

Response: Looks like the vehicle will be ready sometime today. What can you tell me about the general liability info. Do most people add this to there insurance, or how does that work? (12/7/2007)

Response: Good morning. Yes, the insurance usually works like this: once you have my info (after bid accepted), notify your agent with my driver's license info, and dates/route i'll be in possession of the vehicle. In case of an accident or incident, your vehicle is covered under your own policy, regardlesss of driver (GENERALLY, but please DO check with your agent) - and then i'll also provide my own personal auto liability info, which i'm told acts as a secondary coverage, or in particular situations, such as if i'm at fault and do other property damage. I hate to talk about this stuff, but we must. Anwyay, please give a call to your agent and see if that works for them. Also, I'm ready to put the bid in, but i won't be able to pikcup the car until tomorrow morning..not in tulsa yet..i almost headed out there today, but dont' want to go till we're certain all is well. but with sat a.m.. pickup (assuming your tulsa folks are okay with that), i could get to houston very late sat nite or sun a.m. (12/7/2007)

Response: I have spoke with my insurance company. They would like to have a copy of the DL and your insurance info. The dealer is finalizing the paperwork now. I will send you an email when everything is clear, but it looks like a Sat A.M. pick up is perfect. Let me know how u want to get the DL and insurance info to me.
p.s.
How long have you and your sister been doing this? Do you just work with individual clients or do you have contracts with dealers and such? Just curious. (12/7/2007)

Response: Great! Once bid is accepted, we get each other's contact info, so we can talk and email directly. and i will FAX you a copy of my D/L and insurance card. Yes, my sis and I do mostly for individuals, as well as driveaway agencies. She's on a LONG one right now, I prefer the shorties (less can happen, practically speaking). I'll go ahead and submit bid. You can pay me when i deliver, yo'ure on the southwest side of houston, yes? just judging by your zip code. (12/7/2007)
