Response: What kind of truck you have? Would you be able to load and unload carefully and get the bikes safe to destination? But we plenty of straps to secure it in a standing position and if need be, can tarp it to protect it from weather. Being such a short trip, I don't think that should be a problem. I will need help with loading and unloading, especially since I'll be doing this run rather than Ed. :) Liz
