Response: Hello Joe, The Audi S4 is at the Denver Auto Auction, about 10 minutes southwest of the Denver Airport. The car would be easy to pick up, as I can have a gate pass waiting to release the car. There is access to the auction 7 days a week. I assume you would be hauling, not driving the car? I live in Austin which is 3 hours south of Hurst. Would you be staying in Hurst or just stopping in for a while, dropping the car and then leaving the D-FW area? It might be a bit of a challenge to coordinate a meeting time, but not impossible. Also, I fly up to an auction in the Dallas area Wednesday morning and could retrieve the car if it was possible to leave it in a secure location. Let me know your plans and thoughts. Response: Sorry for the haste decisions and unability to talk direct. I will be driving to Hurst to pick up a car I bought on Sunday, then heading to Carlsbad, N.M. I live in Colorado, but have been working on a project in N.M. also. I don't plan on staying in Hurst, but if you can find a secure place to make the drop anywhere in that area I will take care of it. Question: hey Marc -- i am 99% sure i can jump in and do this for you, picking up this saturday morning and delivery to you in austin on sunday afternoon, if that would work for you. i'd bid $500 (your max), but i'd also pay for all the fuel required enroute. the only IMPORTANT thing is to know if manheim would be able to provide a temp tag or something. i've picked up at several different manheim auctions, by the way, and always be sure to check the basics *fluids/tires, etc* because so many times they're BONE DRY !! oh, and you may pay me on delivery, but cash is best, please. please reviww or feedback and profile and let me know if this sounds good; i'll be in denver fri nite, delivering a van, and was headed home, but i'd like to squeeze this one in if possible, and also earn my big feedback #10 !! don't you want to be my #10 special shipper? i'll be on the road all friday and out of touch, but i'll try to check in during day. thank you.
