Question: We have a office in North Carolina and Florida. I would be loading in the back of my F-350 with 4 point soft tie-downs rachet system. We carry bike ramps, we do alot of bike moves this way. Please read some of our feedback from previous bike customers who have used our services. Our feedback also speaks for our expertize in shipping. Pickup date would be Monday or Tuesday of next week. Response: You request the first deposit back from uship. As soon as the cancellation is accepted by uship, they will give the deposit back. Basically you are going to be paying the deposit twice, but you will get the first one back. It is hard to explain without violating Uship rules. (2/18/2008)
