Can this be towed on its own trailer?

Response: The trailer is like new, the guy i am buying it from said no problems with the trailer. The last shipper would not do it since i do not have a lisc plate on the trailer. The state of Indiana where this will be registered does not give plates until i bring the unit to the DMV for an inspection. They said it is legal to move it with a bill of sale for up to 31 days after purchase. The trailer is like new, the guy i am buying it from said no problems with the trailer.
