Thanks Thiru 36/12/07 1:36 PM movesnj (81 ) hi i am sorry some how the question slipped though insurance is included it covers damage and total loss from door to door de to il payment is mastercard or visa yes we have a mc autority the boxes should not be a problem as long as they are secrued so they do not move around in the car. the items in the car are not cover by insurance nor is the interior example if the box moves and tears the seat. if the vehicle is damaged in transit you have to make the damage on the bill of lading at time of delivery. then the carrier will either pay the claim or we will file a claim with there insurance company. thnak you sorry for the time it took for us to respond. darryl shomovesnj 14/12/07 1:14 PM Thiru V. Vehicle will be picked up from the address you' provide and delivered at address you'll provide. If downtown Chicago you might need to meet the driver at some place where is not restricted for trucks. DOT and MC license are in my profile. Normally the vehicle must be empty , but for additional $100.00 you can leave the boxes in the car and also we are not liable for your personal belonging and also they're not covered by our cargo Insurance.IF vehicle is damaged I'll give you our Insurance and you can process a claim.
