I will get back with you this evening and give you a price and date (probably 19th,20th or 21st) and I would have it to you the following day. I haul my self so no brokers or others involved. I would haul by itself on a 25' flatbed goose neck. I would provide the proof of my Motor Carrier AND USDOT numbers or the web site to verify. I would provide you a copy of my policy or better yet, my commercial insurance agents number to verify my liability AND cargo insurance. No other ins is required, I have FMCSA required commercial insurance, 1 mil in liability and 50,000 in cargo and VALID Motor Carrier and USDOT numbers.
