Question: Hello Shipper, The bid was for Bridge removal and installation, as well as the transport, permits, pilot cars, etc. (10/23/2009)

Response: so can u refer me some people who used ur services?
we r new in this site, but u have no feedbacks either.....
i dont have such budget of $24000!
so is same person removes it , alos instals the wiring and bridge? (11/15/2009)

Question: We do have the references, un-matched experience, the bridge removal is handled by company employees, we have a contract that is legal binding that protects the customer and us (not a little one page bill). Other divisions of our company are (vessel design, vessel repair in florida, and high sea tug service), we are a very strong company owned by a main holding corporation. (10/23/2009)

Response: ok w e need a better price (11/15/2009)

Question: Hello Shipper, Please confirm that the height is 15.4 as it sits. Is that from the lowest point ( should be at the V of the hull or the running gear (straight shafts). (10/24/2009)

Response: its more than 16 (10/24/2009)

Response: Shipper, Can you answer the other questions please. (10/24/2009)

Response: did (11/15/2009)

Question: Hello Shipper, Also where the vessel is right now , do they have a travel lift that can accomidate this vessel and also do they allow outside techs to work on site for the fixed structure removal, same on the receiving end. If not we can captain it to a location that can accomidate us. (10/24/2009)

Response: yes marina has all kind of lifets (11/15/2009)

Question: Shipper, seems to be a better idea to let your marina do your uninstall/ reinstall. We can TRANSPORT your boat for 21600. would this fit your budget? (11/16/2009)

Response: R U KIDDING ME?
WE HAD OFFER OF $18,000 PLUS INSTAL AND REMOVAL.
WE NEED SOMEONE TO DO WHOLE THING (11/16/2009)

Response: No I'm not kidding you. Whom ever you use, make sure you check there credentials and ref. to insure a safe delivery. we have the air ride stretch trailer and 1 million dollar cargo replacement insurance to handle this move. it will also require 1 escort all the way and 1 half way. I understand your needs, however we at this time cant uninstall/ reinstall. (11/16/2009)

Question: Shipper,
21K we do eveything. Cover everything, you pay, we do the rest. Have references, techs, and can do anything else you want. have pilot cars too. All in house.Pls check my refernces and "story" on Uship. Have just done similar job. (11/20/2009)

Response: ok, thanks. I need to know what is not included so I prepare myself to come up with the money?
for $21,000 what is everything you said is included? (11/20/2009)

Response: We will dismantle the boat, prep it for shipping. transport it to the destination, reassemble the boat at destination, supply pilot cars. Cover Insurance, permits and operating costs. The only thing you will pay is load and offload charges at the Marinas of your choice. We will move it with a Volvo 500 HP tractor and a 48 ft lowboy trailer. (11/20/2009)

Response: sounds realy good, its little more than we figured, but I been burned bad BAD by ed perrin global yacht hauling.....
so let me see how much i have to pay the marina and deposit to uship,,,,, (11/20/2009)

Response: Shipper,
I understand. I was told the same scenario with another shipper who i now use as a reference. Took him 6 months to get his boat !!! I will be happy to give you his name and number and you two can discuss what we did for him.
Thanks. I wont dissapoint you. (11/20/2009)

Question: Shipper,
[content removed - To avoid confusion on the part of the customer, TSP’s may not mention “uShip fees/commission”, or similar language in their Q&A and bids must be all inclusive. -uShip]
Haul out/load fees should be less than $10.00 per foot in NY and the same in CA. I would need a weeks notice to get the truck up to you and the total time would be two weeks up and back plus two days to reassemble the boat in CA.
Please kep in mind that while this seems expensive, its a 3 vehicle move. 1 truck plus two pilot cars the entire trip, not to mention height deviations etc.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Response: Hi There, Hope you all had nice Thanksgiving!
In your last email, we agrred $21,000 plus I only pay the marina crane fees. You will do the rest disassemble reassembly permit and escort and etc,,,,
I am ready to go ahead for shipping this vessle. please let me know what is my nest step and must do?
thanks
Asad (11/30/2009)

Response: Asad,
The first step is to accept my bid. Then we will take a deposit (Visa Mastercard or Amex). Ill dispatch the truck to you which will take approximately 5 days, then have the boat dismantled and shipped back here to Southern California. Is this boat being shipped overseas or is S. California its final destination? I'd like to get this started asap so we will not run up against the Christmas holiday season and all the travel restrictions against wide loads.
Thanks.

Response: Hi, no we want this vessle in Long beach area docked and up & running.
the stupid deal didnt go through so we going to keep the boat.
my most important concern is not rush delivery is PUTTING BACK IN 1 PIECE AND RUNNING with minum damage or scratch! you can take all the time u want.... (11/30/2009)

Response: Hi Asad,
ok no problem. I understand, my technicians here will assure everything is put back together just the way it was before it left. We are based in Newport Beach, Long Beach is about 20 minutes away.
Let's ho ahead and get the process started. We still do not want to deal with the restrictions of the holiday travel season, so would like to have this back in Long Beach by approximately the 15 th of December.
If you will go ahead and accept the bid we can communicate directly.
Thanks
Fane
SCYT (11/30/2009)

Response: Hi, I went to pay it says $21,750.
do you know why the diffrence?
Also I thought we just pay deposit and pay when we see the boat in long beach?
this is our company nyprivateauo dot I be waitting to see how much you need at first? (11/30/2009)

Response: Asad,
our policy is 50% in advance. 50% upon delivery. The 50% covers the deadhead of the truck, breakdown of the boat, all operating costs, permits, pilot cars etc. All these expenses are "out of pocket" if we do not take a deposit.
Thanks
Fane (11/30/2009)

Question: To give you a heads up, this boat can't be hauled on a 48' trailer, it must be 53' min. With every thing on top off, this boat will still load overheight, and coming off of Long Island is not easy. We have hauled many 410 for Silverton, we know this boat very well. MoveMyBoat (11/22/2009)

Response: ok, then you wanna do it? (11/22/2009)

Response: I would happy to haul your boat, but we don't take it apart and put it back together. (11/22/2009)

Question: Hello shipper, I am a Captain on the east coast, iand i see that you are involved in a bidding war. i have researched your vessel and see that multiple motors have been installed in your same boat. what motor is in you vessel? I am willing to offer a quote for piloting your vessel to your destination after I am able to calculate the fuel consumption (11/25/2009)

Response: HI
WE HAVE 2 ALMOST NEW V8 CRUSIADERS FUEL INJECTION.
BUT IS THERE IS WATER WAY? (11/25/2009)

Response: is your vessel going from one harbor to another?, or will your vessel be stored at a drydock location at both ends? (11/25/2009)

Response: HI, NO WE ARE IN WET DOCK MARINA IN BOTH PLACES, IF IT WILL HELP AND REDUCE THE COST, I WILL BE ACOMPANY YOU AND HELP IN ANYWAY I CAN AND ALSO I AM ASE CERTIFED MECHANIC ON BOARD.
THANKS (11/25/2009)

Response: please allow me to chart this tonight and get back to you with a quote, at a 18knot cruising sapeed, ad 430gal fuel tank (11/25/2009)

Question: after plotting this cruise shipper, you woud be looking at a little over 30,000 after taking into consideration slip fees, panama canal fees, fuel, and an over all distance of ruffly 6,220 nautical miles. This cruise will also take 30 days traveling 10hrs a day. I must decline my offer do to time restrictions (11/26/2009)
