Response: I'm sorry that you delcined my bid, as you can see from my profile that I have DOT #s and am compliant and have the authority to legally transport your shipment across state lines and also provide you with cargo insurance through the Lloyd's of London that will protect you and your shipment from theft and/or damage and will bring your bike door to door.
