Question: Hello - would shipper be willing to place & secure bike to suitable skid / long pallet or possibly crate it for common carrier service? ... THX (3/8/2008)
Response: im at a naval base in south carolina and im trying to get it here from arkansas. i would not be the one at the house it would actually be my mother. i would be willing to have it any which way here, its pretty much whatever is convenient for the person picking up the bike and delivering it. The bike would definitly have to be secured of course. if you have any further questions please ask.. :) thank you (3/8/2008)
Response: Understand & your prompt reply is appreciated ... However, will have to pass for common carrier service as item would not be accepted loose or as a "roller" ... it would be up the shipper or originating point to prep / secure bike and for which I don't think would be possible in this case to have done ...
