Response: I'm flexible. It could be a day or so before and delivery could be a day or so afterwards. I'm trying to be flexible to get the most inexpensive rate. I don't have a set budget but it must be low as I'm moving on a shoe string so to speak to live my son who is having problems adjusting from his return from Afghanistan.8/9/2012
