Response: It should be ready for pickup on July 9 and I prefer to receive it on Sunday July 12. Looks like pick up is now at the boat dealer rather than a residential street. Let me know if that changes you bid at all. How would you load the boat and trailer? I let you know as soon as I can. Response: Thanks - I could figure out how to get in touch with you so I hope you would have replied. The boat will be ready on Tuesday probably but Wed for sure . Wed pickup should get the boat to the border on the weekend which is best for me. My passport had expired and the new one won't be here in time so I will have to bring a friend to meet you in Montana. Best would be meeting you right at Cdn customs so I don't have to enter US (and don't have to talk a friend with a passport to come with me). I have all of the paperwork ready. Regardless weekend delivery is best. The trailer will not have a plate and I will need proof that your insurance covers the value ($20,000) and liability. That is all of the details. Let me know if this works for you and you have a firmer number than around $1400. (7/4/2009)

Response: Hello shipper as of now I can't go in to canada as I dont have a passport my self so some one would have to come to the us to get it and the other thing I wont be able to do it untill the 13th as I have jury duty here in my town and that is the cheapest I can do it too as the fuel is going up here in the us thanks and good luck mike50 (7/4/2009)

Response: Well of course any legal shipper has extensive commercial coverage as do I, but being based in California we are not allowed to use transport plates for private moves, only from dealer lot to dealer lot so I can not help. Thanks for the reply. (7/4/2009)

Response: The boat will be ready on Tuesday. I am flexible with the date and time to recieve the boat if you can cross into Canada customs at Sweetgrass. My passport has expired so I cannot cross and I would rather not have to haul a friend all the way down there just to cross the border in my truck, hook up to the boat and drive to the Canadian side. Response: Don't worry - I am sorry I did not renew my passport before the rules changed. If you can deliver on the weekend then I can bring someone with me to cross with my truck and hook up. The boat will be ready on Tuesday at a dealership in Bakersfield. I think Wed or Thursday pickup will get you there on the weekend. The boat is at a dealer but it is a private sale. There a few toys with the boat (2 prs of skis, life jackets, ropes and uninflated-tube. Boat also has a custom fitted cover but the owner suggests not to use it during travel to prevent chafing. Is there a deductable on your cargo insurance that I would pay?(ie if you get into an accident and the boat is damaged do I pay a deductable?) (7/5/2009)

Response: I can pick up your boat on the 9th and be is Sweet Grass the morning of the 11th. Cargo insurance is included no deductable needed. This will be COD in US currency. The toy items should be stowed in the bow compartment along with the seats cushions to prevent them from blowing out of the boat while in transit. I will insure these items are taken care of. Response: I am flexible with pick up and delivery date IF you can cross into Canada. MY passport has expired to I cannot cross to pick up the boat. If the hauler can't cross then I have to bring a friend down to cross for me and then meet me at the Canadian customs office where I will complete the RIV and pay the GST.
