Questions for this shipment:

Question: Hello, If driving is an option and vehicle is road worthy and legal, I can drive it to its destination for 525 which includes gas, tolls if any and my driving fee. I have lots of experience and can provide references, thanks, Dalvey67, Donnie PS. check out my feedback (2/26/2007)
Response: The vehicle is roadworthy but the only reason I'm thinking of having it shipped (per the comments) is to save putting the mileage on it and also avoid the wear & tear as well. Thank you Scott (2/26/2007)
Question: ok, Im here if you need me, take care, Donnie (2/26/2007)
Question: If driving is an option the price would be 500.00 includes everything If you want it in an enclosed trailer which I definately would recommendI can do it for 875.00,but I will only be in your area on 3/16.If the dates and price work for you I will place a formal bid.Thanks-Dave (2/26/2007)
Question: I vforgot to mention I use a 2006 36ft.enclosed race car trailer pulled by a 04 chevy Kodiak. Please read my feedbacks.Hope to hear from you soon (2/26/2007)
Response: Thanks very much for getting back to me. You're a definite possibility one challenge would be I'll need to find a place for you to drop off the car on the other end as I won't be in town until Sunday 03/25 late in the evening. When would you plan on dropping the car off in Northern Virginia & what time would you be trying to pick it up on 03/15? Thank You Scott (2/27/2007)
Question: i can do this for 450 no extra costs (3/1/2007)
Response: Marcus - Thank you for your response. Are you planning on trying to drive the car? If so I'm only interested in having it shipped via full insured closed carrier as the original listing states. Thank You (3/1/2007)
Question: Hi haven't heard if you want to set this up yet.I understand your situation ,but that is the only time I will be in Texas.I will have it in Va. 2days after pick up .A time of day is almost impossible with all the variables with that many miles. (3/1/2007)
Response: Hi - I'm sorry it's taken a while to get back to you but as per my original response. I'm not going to be in VA to receive the car until 3/25 around 11 PM E.T. Unfortunately I don't have a way to receive it from you until then. Additionally I'd need to rent a car here in Houston for the 11 days prior to leaving which would likely add about another $450 - 500 to the shipping costs. While the price is very fair and your reputation speaks well for you I don't have a way to logistically handle the drop off without flying there and that would also add another $300 travel costs on top of the shipping costs. I would like to find a way to make this work but legitimately don't see how to. I'm open if you have any ideas. Scott (3/1/2007)
Question: Thank you for your bid request. We will be in the Houston area on 3/15 or 3/16 & could drop on your requested date for $840. I note in your other dialogs that you'd have to rent a car during the interim, which might make this cost prohibitive. If you can work with this time-frame, we will be happy to add your vehicle to our route. Robbie (3/7/2007)
Response: Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately my wife and I need two cars in town in Houston until at least 03/22. I anticipate having to rent a car for a few days that first weekend but would prefer not to have to spend an additional $200 - $300 on a rental car on top of the moving costs. (3/7/2007)
Question: Thanks for the request but we decline at this time (3/8/2007)
Question: Hey man, Just got back. The delivery date I can handle. The pickup has got to be made prior to the 23rd. I will be leaving NE about a week before the the weekend of the 23rd and must be in Spurger a couple days before in order to get set up for the weekend. If you can let me get it,let's say around 20/21st, then Click Me! Thanks, David @ HawgTrax MotorSports (3/10/2007)
Response: David - Thanks. I can definitely let you pick it up the 21st. Since I'll have to rent a car for 5 days at a cost of $200 to me would you be willing to lower your price by $100 to help offset me letting you pick up the car so much earlier than I would have liked? If so please confirm a drop range off time in VA and change the bid amount and I'll accept and send the downpayment for 50% by tomorrow night via Paypal. Thank You Scott (3/10/2007)
Question: Okay man, here's the deal. The miles stay the same and don't change. By the end of the month fuel prices will be more. I can get two bikes that pay more and have fewer miles. I have room for four bikes, which would pay even better than that. I can appreciate your situation but, can't wear out my new truck for less money. My offer stands as is. Is it possible to pickup the car on the 26/27th? (3/10/2007)
Response: Just to make sure my last response got back to you there's one last detail I'm trying to finalize with my future employer which I hope to have cleared up no later than Tuesday COB. Please reply back and confirm 1) that you'll be able to pick up the car as late as possible on 3/21 (e.g. in the late afternoon or early evening) and that you're OK w/ drop of description as I'll be in orientation so I can't break out to pick up the car until they give us our lunch break if it needs to be during the day. If you can get there first thing in the morning I should be fine to meet you anytime prior to 8:00 AM E.T. or anytime after 6:00 PM E.T. on Monday 3/26 or Tuesday 3/27. AFter the last detail is confirmed with my new employer & you respond to this posting I'll accept no later than Tuesday COB this week. Thanks Scott (3/11/2007)
Question: [removed - unrelated to services you offer for this shipment] (3/10/2007)
Question: If you would reconsider having someone drive it for you, I could do it, picking it up on your preferred date and delivering on your preferred date and time, provided you allow me three days from pick up for the delivery. It's possible it could take less time, but I don't promise things I can't guarantee. I can guarantee that if you choose to use me as your personal chauffeur, you'll be very pleased that you did. Please review my profile and feedback (see what some of my other customers have to say - no negatives, neutrals or retractions) by clicking on my user name and ask any questions you may have. You'll be dealing solely with me, the driver; no brokers, middlemen or other drivers. Thank you for your time and consideration. --Jim (3/10/2007)
Question: Hello again - As I can see from the listing that you are about ready to make a decision, I'll forego waiting to see if you are interested or not, and put in a formal bid so that you'll know that you have something firm to deal with. Without knowing your preferred date for pick up, I'll have to have a little cushion on my cost to get to your pick up point. The drop off is no problem, as I have a friend who lives in McLean. The bid should be in before 8 PM, Pacific Time, tonight. It will be competitive. Thanks again. --Jim (3/10/2007)
Question: Yes, a late pick up is prefered. My hrs usually run between 10 am and 12pm. That's the max I can drive and be on duty by law. Thanks, David (3/11/2007)
Response: Dave - Thanks... I'll get back to you as soon as I confirm the last bit of information with my future employer. I have a call that I need someone else to make on my behalf to clarify something and will be picking up the phone first thing tomorrow morning to try and make that happen. I'll update you via uShip by COB tomorrow to let you know where things stand. Thanks Scott (3/11/2007)
Question: Hi Scott. As you can see I have cancelled my bid. I had another bid accepted so will be unable to help you out with this shipment. Good luck and best wishes. David (3/12/2007)
