Response: Just got your note - appreciate the info. Picking it up that soon would be nice, but the cashier's check that I sent is still in transit (went out in the mail on Saturday). I'm almost certain that the seller won't let it go before the check gets there (I probably wouldn't either). I'm not in a huge hurry on it. Will you guys be back in that neck of the woods anytime in the future?

Response: I'll give them a call, but I'm doubtful that the check will arrive by then, and I'm almost certain they won't want to let it go until payment arrives. I'll call them and will get back to you as soon as I know more. If it doesn't work out, I'll keep looking or we could wait until you're back that way. I'd rather get it up here before late july as I'd like to use it to scout our crops yet this season. Can you give me a ball park idea of what you would charge to get it up here? I'm new at this so maybe that estimate needs to be a formal bid, not sure. I already got one red flag on my last email - I included my phone number and email address. I guess that's not the thing to do . . . rookie mistake I guess.

6/20/2011 Response: Hello. Just wanted to update you on a couple of things. First, the seller received the payment that I sent today, so the ATV can be picked up anytime. How are things progressing with the engine install?
Second, I received a new bid today at a lower price. Do you guys have any room on your bid are you pretty firm?

I think our price is more than fair and we are only talking a few bucks in price difference. I hope we are still good to go and it will be our pleasure to help out another Iowan. And as for delivery, it would be within 5 days of pickup. They have our local fair they would like to get back for as they are missing it already and then would deliver next week on monday. Would this work?

I'm not sure how they could know your bid since that was information that you and I just emailed back and forth. Unless each of you shippers can see all email correspondence. I'm not sure how uship has things set up. I think I'll accept their bid, but I thought I'd give you guys the opportunity to revisit this shipment before I accept anything. Any thoughts or ideas?

6/19/2011 Dan, I just had a change in my schedule. If you give this atv to pickup tomorrow I would be able to deliver it to you over the weekend. Please let me know what price you were looking at to move this thing.
Response: Hello. I just got off the phone with the seller, and they said that in order to work with their schedule, the ATV would need to be picked up by noon tomorrow if tomorrow is indeed the shipping date. If that worked with your schedule, I would be willing to go with you guys for $480. The seller asked if a call could be made an hour or so before the driver arrived so they could be ready for the driver. I told the seller that I would make that request. Would that be possible? You could either call me or the seller, whichever works for you.

However price is a little bit of problem, because by the time u s h i p takes there fees I will only be left with about 400 bucks. So I would need minimum of 525 to make this happen.

Sunday anytime after 10 AM would be best (even late evening), but I may be able to work something out if it would need to be on Saturday.
