Response: Hi Todd I live in the cayman islands and buying this bike unseen. it has been paid in full today.I am waiting to hear back from the dealer when the title can be transferred into my name my shipping agent is in Tampa and is going to crate the bike for me and put it on the boat to cayman, so I cannot send it to Tampa until the title is transferred (7/3/2009)

Response: Do not know about WIC cards. I have a (Department of Defense) DOD card looks like a military ID only diff my is brown and active duty is green. I can get onto any military base anywhere in the world with this card. I think my card is better than the wic.
