Response: We provide our customers with the opportunity to save money by opting for pickup from a commercial location or you taking it to the terminal to avoid the residential fees. you will find that these important facts are left out of other bids (not ours), this is why our feedback has never been tarnished by a negative, and our score of 350 is so large. If we included the residential fee in the bid you would have no way of knowing this fee could be avoided, hence paying for a service you may not need. Based on the fact that you are troubled that we tried to save you from having to pay the residential fee, we will retract our bid. (11/21/2007)
