Additional Information:
I am looking for someone going to the east coast to load this truck on a car hauler Monday May 12 and deliver to at least Columbia Missouri by Wednesday. Let me know if you need to fill a load. I will pay cash on delivery. Don't want to pay a broker. They aren't paying the fuel bill.
Questions for this shipment:
Question:
Is driving the truck to MO.an option? If so, is it licensed and insured? Please respond asap. Thanks Cloer (5/6/2008)
Response:
It would have to get it insured. I just bought it. As far as license it is from a dealer so I have 30 days. What would be the price if you drove it. (5/6/2008)
Response:
The dealer would need to provide a temp paper license. The cost to drive it would depend on whether it is gas or diesel. I just took a gas Dodge 1 ton from Springfield Missouri to West Texas and it averaged 10mph. I just returned from driving a diesel 3/4 ton diesel from Houston to Canada and it averaged 14 mpg. If it is gas, the price would be $$1430. If diesel, the price would be $1320. In either case, I would need to be met at an airport in the LA area and taken to a bus station in Missouri. Please let me know what you think. Thanks Cloer (5/6/2008)
Response:
I am not interested. My buddy is in California right now. He can haul it home for 1200. That wouldnt put any miles on it. Thanks for the offer. (5/6/2008)
