Response: That would be so great. It is a beast, but I am thinking it gets about 17 mpg highway. I am pretty sure it has a spare, but will make sure. It is a low mileage van.. I think less than 40,000 so it should make it anywhere. Thanks- Erin (4/2/2008)

Response: I have made some calls and yes, it can be picked up tomorrow. I am not certain how this all works.. would you go ahead and put a bid in to transport it? The garage that was going to check it out has not been by to get it yet. Next question.. If the vehicle is in transit, what type of license must be on it? Response: The closest airport is Shreveport about an hour north of me, or Alexandria is 45 min south. There is a greyhound station here in town. I could meet you in Alexandria or Shreveport except on Monday, unless late Monday night (BIG district softball game for my high school girls at 4). I am not certain about the spare tire and jack, but I can find out when I call to make final pickup arrangements. It is a 2001, so it definitely should. If not, what shall we do? Response: Yes on the spare tire, but no, or rather not certain on the jack. It is an elderly couple and they were not sure if there is a compartment somewhere with one in it. If you need to purchase a small one to put in there, I will reimburse you for it. You can pick it up tomorrow anytime, the keys will be in the visor - and if you have any questions or need anything, you can go to the backdoor by the deck, someone will be home.
