Question: Hi! Check Out My Feedback By Clicking On My Name! When Is This Ready To Go? What Are Deadlines For Pickup And Dropoff? What Days And Hours Can Pickup And Dropoff Be Done? Does Everything Work? (Lights,Brakes,Air,Cruise,Radio,Heat/Defroster) What Engine And Transmission Does It Have? Does It Have A Hitch? Will It Make The Trip OK If I Drive It For You? Please Let Me Know Right Away So I Can Submit My Low Bid While I Still Have Room To Schedule You! Thanks! Dave (3/23/2008)
Response: The car is getting repaired in MI and should be ready for pick up by thurs or fri of this week at the latest. I'd have to touch base with the mechanic to see exactly what days and hours he's available - but let's assume normal business hours for now. It's just been repaired after a crash so everything should be 100% working, 4.4L V8 w/ auto trans. No hitch. Should have no problem making the trip if driven. (3/23/2008)

Thanks!Dave (3/23/2008)
Response: Sounds good. You seem trustworthy and the car is in excellent, showroom shape - should be a very easy ride and the total distance is ~310mi. I don't have a hitch unfortunately, but $399 seems a bit steep for a <5 hour drive. Also, whats the soonest you would be able to make this trip? As I said, the vehicle will be ready for pickup by the end of this week. Thank you for your time! (3/23/2008)
Response: Hi! Thanks For Your Quick Reply! I Also Have 350 Miles To Get To Your Pickup Point! I Need Flexibility To Keep My Schedule Full & My Rates Low! Do You Have An Absolute Firm Date On When Car Is Ready To Go? I Can Pick Up In Next Few Weeks On Way To Chicago After Your Car Is Done! I Am Heading To Chicago In Next Few Days If You Can Have Car Ready To Go By Then! Please Let Me Know! Thanks! Dave (3/24/2008)
Response: Car can be ready this thursday,3/27. Is that doable? (3/24/2008)
Question: Hello The bid I just placed for the moving of your BMW is for trailer transport door to door. No McDonalds wrappers or cigarette butts to clean up. Thanks,J.P. (3/24/2008)
Response: Which bid was yours? (3/24/2008)
Response: My bid was 369. Thanks, Unabiker (3/24/2008)
Response: Thanks for the bid - whats the soonest date that you can pick-up the vehicle from Traverse City? And I assume delivery will be same-day? Lastly, could you confirm that you've got a trailer - so the car isn't being towed, it's completely up on a flat bed. (3/24/2008)
Question: Hi there, we can offer driveaway service (we drive the X5 to you in Chicago) in the first few days of April (April 2-4 timeframe) for $430. This is inclusive of all fuel, tolls etc. Is it possible for the shop to bring the vehicle to Traverse City Airport? (3/24/2008)
Response: I will check on that and get back to you - I already have an offer for less than $400 door-to-door so please let me know if you can beat that. (3/24/2008)
Response: Hi again, thanks for your reply! Yes, we will have to get 430 given the price of fuel and the nature of the location for pickup (travel to Traverse City). The other offer looks like you will be waiting a few weeks for the vehicle. Hope to do business! (3/24/2008)
Response: Thanks for the quick reply - Will the vehicle be delivered with a full tank? And when can you pick up from Traverse City? Will delivery will be same-day as pickup? (3/24/2008)
Response: Yes, if we get it with a full tank, we will deliver it the same way. We have dates available from April 2-5. Same day delivery is correct. If you can meet driver at/near OHare or drop him there, that would be most helpful. (3/24/2008)
Question: Hello Absolutely , I use a new 18 ft car trailer towed behind a Suburban. You cannot dolly an AWD without damage to running gear . I live in the T.C. area and can pick it up anytime . Delivery would be best late afternoon / early evening Thursday. I am trying to coordinate a meeting with my motorcycle being shipped from Kansas City. Thanks, Jess (3/24/2008)
Response: Great - I just spoke with the autobody shop to confirm the dates and the vehicle will be ready over the weekend. Would it be possible for you to pick it up on Monday, 3/31? (3/24/2008)
Response: Hello At this moment Gee, that sounds like a BIlly Vera song- I can only commit for this week. I was incorrectly assuming that the car was ready now. If I can mannage to juggle the schedule, I will rebid for next week. Thanks, Jess (3/24/2008)
Response: Well I had assumed it'd be ready by the end of this week myself. I will notify you if there's any change - please do rebid later if you're able to. Thanks for your time. (3/24/2008)
Response: Hello We can make it fit. If you like, just accept my current bid and we will do the 3/31 pick up. It would be helpful if I could load Sat or Sun 3/29, 30 because I am 30 miles south of Traverse City and that would save 60 miles and time on Monday. Thanks, J.P. (3/24/2008)
Response: Sounds good - I have not used uShip before and have only shipped cars using so-called 'pros.' How does payment work? Do you have insurance that covers any damage from the minute it gets on your trailer to the minute it gets off? Is there a contract to sign or any such paperwork? I will contact the body shop but it seems unlikely that sat/sun will work because my contact person will not be around. Thanks again. (3/24/2008)
Response: Hello The contract is consumated when you accept the bid. The site hits your credit card for the deposit ,i.e their fee -provided they have it on file and you pay provider balance in agreed form. I prefer C.O.D. but paypal is O.K. I do not do this for a livelihood, hence I do not carry that sort of insurance . In order to take advantage of my low price your insurance must prevail. I have reorganized things for the trip so if you want me to do it we have to be somewhat expiditious or call it off ASAP. Your early response will make the difference. Thanks, Jesse (3/24/2008)
Response: Jesse, are you still able to make the trip? It looks like your bid expired/was cancelled - I'd like to make it happen if it's possible. If you rebid, I will accept ASAP. (3/25/2008)
