Additional Information: I am in Pittsburgh, PA and just bought a 2000 International 4700 DT-466E Straight Truck with Sleeper. I need a price to get it moved to Pittsburgh from Martinsville, IN. Report a Violation

Questions for this shipment: 

Question: Does this truck have a current license & registration? (8/11/2006)
Response: I am going to say no. I am a dealer and I bought it from a Bankruptsy sale. It was last used a month ago. I asked around and it is in good mechanical condition. There may be plates on it but they would have to be removed before leaving the facility. As a dealer I was just going to go out and put a dealer plate on it for the trip home. But I am looking for alternatives. If I go it would be Sunday and drive back Monday so I dont have much time left for quotes. (8/11/2006)
Question: Thanks for the response. You probably know this, but if driven, you would have to put "not for hire" signs on the door; have at least a class B CDL with airbrake endorsement(weight rated over 26,000)& some sort of dealer or drive out plate. (The state of Ohio definitely does not like trucks, guaranteed to be checked at weigh station and/or on the highway) These trucks get 8 mpg on a good day, so your fuel will run close to $150 for the trip. I and a codriver will be coming thru this area Sunday evening. I thought possibly one could drive your truck to you, but due to the time we would have to pick up & deliver it probably would not work.
