Question: Hello, if driving is an option and vehicle is road worthy and
legal I can drive it to its destination for 895 which is all
inclusive, please check out my feedback, thanks, Donnie (5/17/2008)

Response: Hey Dave... thanks for bid. Well I may consider having the car driven rather than shipped. When would you have to know by? and is $895 your best possibly bid? Please let me know.
Thanks,
Neil

Question: Hello, Jazzyrunner05 here. Thanks for the bid request! We have stops on the way out, and on the way back on this next trip East. On this trip we may be able to drive it back. We are already booked with another vehicle on our trailer, and we have too many things in the back of our 16' box truck to still have room for a large car. On the trip after this, we will be able to haul, or drive it. Our best bid would be $900 hauled, or $700 driven. The next trip would put the delivery dates close to your target dates. This trip would see delivery in L.A. the first week in June. Have the best day that you can. Thanks, John/Jeanine. (5/18/2008)

Response: Hi there,
Just a few questions: by hauled do you mean towed? or all four wheels off the ground? and how do you secure the car to the trailer? I have heard horror stories about straps that are tied to delicate parts of the car. I am looking to have the car in Southern California in the end of June latest, with pick up in Chicago as late as possible. When do you think that you could pick up the car? I would prefer to have the car in the back of the boxed truck on your next available run. I have several other bids in the $800 range, but i would accept your offer of $900 if we could transport the car in the boxed truck. I am obviously a first time auto shipper, hence all the questions. Your response is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Response: Hauled for us means all four wheels on our trailer. We would never tow dolly a vehicle that distance. We can load vehicles under 16' long inside our truck. We have 10' ramps to load the cars onto our trailer, and then drive them into the truck. That inside spot is pretty sought after. We would be picking it up about the second to third week in June with delivery about one week later. We are very carefull when securing vehicles. We use wheel straps when they can be used. There are several spots underneath the car that are a sutible spot for securing the vehicle with straps, or chains. 1102 jobs from Ebay, and 185 from Uship and zero damage to any customer's vehicles. As soon as we can put down a more concrete date, we will submit a formal bid. Thanks, John/Jeanine. (5/19/2008)

Response: I am open to ship anytime in the month of June with delivery before July 1st. I can accept your bid of $900 for the enclosed spot (preferred). Please let me know what your best bid is for the open trailer spot. I would really like to work something out in the next few days. Thanks, Neil. (5/30/2008)

Response: Hello. We actually don't have room on our trailer for your vehicle at this time. One of our customers had wanted us to get his Eurovan in CT. in January, and we weren't able to get it then, so we're getting it for him now. Our next trip out east and back won't be until the beginning of July. Good luck with your shipment and have the best day that you can, Jeanine&John. (5/30/2008)
