Question: hi, i was wondering about the loading and unloading of this delv. ? i need to know how far we have to move this product during loading and unloading? and is there help provided at shipper and customer? thanx (10/11/2007)
Response: We can load/unload especially if it brings the cost down. There will definitely be help unloading/stacking at delivery point. Loading/unloading involves moving/stacking hay bales from barn to truck a distance of perhaps 60 feet max. Usually one person can carry two bales. However, I can provide people to do this at either end especially if it brings the cost down. Hope this helps. (10/11/2007)

Response: That's great. I think that weekend works well for everyone on this end, too. Would you be doing all the loading at the pickup point? We can help with unloading at the drop-off in Harwood. Rough estimate of when you might pickup/drop during that weekend? Bales measure 36" x 19" x 16" or 6.3 cubic feet. Thanks. (10/19/2007)
Response: Pick up will most likely be on sunday morning and delivered that same aftermnoon. I would like to be there as early as possible. What would be the earliest time to arrive??? Also, there is a chance to be there saturday but sunday looks more likely. I have no problem loading the truck and having help at destination will be great. Thank you, Tim (10/20/2007)
