Question: What is in the drums and will there be assistance in loading and unloading? Thank you for your reply. (8/10/2007)

Response: Drums contain FireAid2000. They are on the shippers loading dock, fork truck available.
Destination does not have dock or fork lift. Might have to break pallets and roll drums off. Shipper will have 2 men availalbe to unload at destination. Thanks! (8/10/2007)

Response: Can they just be rolled on to the trailer and off the trailer? (8/10/2007)

Response: Yes, we can break the pallets and roll them onto the trailer. (8/10/2007)

Response: Hi JB I see where you have another shipper asking wherther this is hazmat material. I also would need to know this as well. Thank you again for your reply. (8/10/2007)

Response: I am 99% sure this is not hazmat. I am looking for the MSDS right now. Assume it is not hazmat, but I will confirm in the morning. (8/10/2007)

Response: Thank you and I will be looking in the morning for your answer. My bid is set to expire by 12:00 noon I will replace if I know you will need me to do so. Thank you for considering my services. (8/11/2007)

Response: The material is not considered HAZMAT. (8/11/2007)

Response: Thank you JB I can do on Mon for you if that is good. Bid will expire 12:00 noon if you need more time plese let me know and I will replace if interested. Thank you for all your time and patience through the Q&A process. (8/11/2007)

Response: No problem. That cancellation policy seems pretty cruel to you guys as most times it is probably out of your control. One last thing - payment. I have no way of getting cash to the incident scene. I could wire money to your bank account (an add any additional for fees your bank charges you), FedEx a money order or certified check to my guys at the hotel, but that won't get there until Tuesday afternoon. (8/11/2007)

Response: JB thank you for all your responces. I do not have any idea what my bank charges for wiring fees as I deal with a federal credit union. I know a regular state bank charges 15.00 dollars. However, I do not believe a Federal bank would be that price. But, if you want to do it that way that would be fine. (8/11/2007)

Question: Hi I should have made myself more clear with my last question. I have a 16ft enclosed cargo trailer and was wondering can they be taken off the pallet and rolled into the trailer and then at destination rolled off. I have straps and everything to secure the shipment. Thank you again for your reply. (8/10/2007)

Response: That would be just fine. (8/10/2007)

Response: Hi I can pick up tomorrow and deliver within 18hrs. I will need to put two barrels in the back of my truck due to the governed weight that can be put in trailer. They would need to be put in by fork lift. Thank you for your reply back. (8/10/2007)

Response: Terry, my suppliers are gone for the weekend. Will be back at 7AM on Monday. Do you have a set of cycle ramps we could use to roll the two barrels out of the bed? If so, this could work. I am fighting a coal barge (13 barges on fire) on the Mississippi next week. The job will probably take about 3 weeks and I will probably need to make at least 3 delivers between Atlanta and Rosedale. I will probably need the second load by next Friday morning or the following Monday morning at the latest. Hard to predict when you are venturing into the unknown. Thanks, JB (8/10/2007)

Response: Hi JB thank you for your reply. Yes I do have the bike ramps to roll them out. I can do Mon for you for 500.00 cod. From what I am reading you have more shipments to go also right? If so, and I am in the area I can bid on them for you. Which I will probably be. Thank you and let me know if you would like for me to place a formal bid for your acceptance. Terry (8/10/2007)

Response: Guys, everything I pulled down from the web looks like it is not HAZMAT. Correct spelling is FireAde 2000. My field guy just called and said we ship this all the time and it is not classifed as HAZMAT. I will still confirm with the manufacturer in the morning. (8/10/2007)

Response: Hi JB where are your guys at GA or MS? I do not have a paypal account they charge for every transaction that you do. I am trying to figure out how to wire the money. Any insite on this situation? Is there anyway to do a moneygram from a Walmart maybe? I really want to help with this. (8/11/2007)

Response: Good idea on the moneygram. There is a Walmart in Cleveland, MS that will receive the moneygram. I can have it sent there and have one of my guys pick it up and hand you the cash. If you want me to wire funds to a checking account, I would need your routing number, account number, address and phone number for your bank. You will get charge about $20 and I will get charged about $20. Moneygram runs $36. It would be much easier for us to wire the money as everyone is out of the office on emergency response right now. We would cover all wire fee charged to you by the bank, just let us know the amounts (we do this with all our new vendors until we establish credit, so we are familiar with the process and fees). (8/11/2007)

Response: Hi again JB it would help me if we just went with the money gram at Walmart. Which I can give you all the information when we talk if you accept. I did see another question you ask that I did not answer. About the mcdot stuff. I do not have my numbers as of right now they are being processed but, have not had problems thus far with that issue. Thank you for your reply. (8/11/2007)

Question: Hi, can I pick these 8 barrels up tomorrow, Saturday, Aug 11, between 9am and Noon? Also , is this Hazardous Materiel? If this is not Hazmat and I can pickup tomorrow, I will tranport for a total fee of $550. I can deliver 18-24 hrs after loading. I will need 2 barrels placed via forklift in the bed of my 1ton dually and the other 6 rolled into my enclosed 16' cargo trailer. Let me know what you think, Thanks, rick (knightmoves4u) (8/10/2007)

Response: Rick, I can't get a hold of anyone at the shippers location. Don't think they will be back until 7AM on Monday. I don't have anyone to receive the load until noon on Monday either. Updated my listing to reflect this, sorry to waste anyone's time. Let me know if you can make Monday happen. Thanks, JB (8/10/2007)

Response: Thanks for all of the info. I may be able to do next week sometime, but need to know whether FireAid 2000 is a HAZARDOUS MATERIAL or not. Please let me know this as soon as you can. thanks, rick (knightmoves4u) (8/10/2007)

Response: Rick, I will call the manufacturer at home tomorrow. I don't think it is a Hazardous Material, but let me confirm. Thanks (8/10/2007)
