Response: THE PICKUP LOCATION HAS A FORKLIFT AND SO DO WE. I CALLED THE PICKUP LOCATION AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD ASSIST IN LOADING AND HAVE A FORKLIFT OR DOCK. PICKUP HOURS RE 9-4 MON-FRI AND DROP OFF HOURS ARE MON-FRI 10-5 & SAT 11-4. THNANKS (11/28/2007)
