Questions for this shipment: 

Question: Hello, how will these be loaded and unloaded? (7/10/2009)
Response: We will be shrink wrapping file boxes on pallets. We have a pallet jack but ,we do not have a dock so a lift gate will be necessary to load 2 pallets onto truck. At delivery,full pallets will have to be dropped by lift gate. Drop and go. (7/10/2009)

Response: Just trying to button down details on the delivery end. We want to be sure they will be able to accept delivery. It is an office building. Probably coming thru front door. Once pallets are dropped on the ground, we want to make sure they will have a couple of employees available with hand trucks to wheel file boxes into the building. That way we do not tie up your driver and he can drop and go. Once we have info, we will book thru USHIP. thx for follow-up. (7/16/2009)
