Response: I am the same person. We have already spent 700 plus and this man at helping hands had no clue about horses. He didn't know what a halter was and he had no clue as to what he was doing. Response: We have already paid to have our truck shipped, as rentals were getting outragous. It is the trailer, two horses, all supplies for horses, one small german shepherd with new kennel and food, etc. What is your bid to pull the trailer and horses? Question: I would be interested in placing a bid, I would need a flight from KY to NV and then back to KY from SC. Is this something that can be done? What type of truck/trailer? Response: Our truck is already here. The trailer and horses are waiting. The trailer is new. The horses and trailer are all registered in SC. We went for several shows. Response: When could you pick them up? We also have the small german shepherd with new kennel. All supplies for all pets are in trailer. My husband can help with getting all of their stuff out of trailer. They have their timothy hay, grain, saddles, harness's, lead lines, etc. They are very easy to load and un load. One is a show horse, with many blue ribbons. The other is gypsy vanner cross pony. They are as friendly as dogs. Very spoiled. My daughter has the swine flu and is very sick. Response: Hi, The pick up would be between November 5-7. We will transport your horses for $1800. We can take some tack but, do not have room for more than a couple bales of hay and a bag of grain to be used on the trip. We will be using our 4 horse trailer for this trip. The quote does include the expense of nightly layovers (ave $20/per horse per night). The horses will be off the trailer for at least 12 hours each night at safe, clean facilities along the route. My husband, Bill stays with the horses in his quarters so they are not left unattended. The trailer is cleaned out daily and new bedding is added. Bill is an experienced, patient and caring horse person. Please refer to our profile. We also have excellent references away from this site. I will check with Bill regarding the dog but, he has a Boxer that travels with him so I am not sure if adding another dog will work. We specialize in horses. Response: I am really sorry but I am in Atlanta, my shipment to Denver has been postponed due to inclement weather, as a result my shipment into Arizona has been put on hold as well. My original offer was contingent upon being in the neighborhood and as I am part of a veteran show family I understand how things can get out of control quickly. Being in Atlanta and trying to do this round trip (5000 mi) is simply not going to work. Gas alone is over 1500 dollars. I am very very sorry if I got your hopes up. I will definately be in the area mid next week and would be willing to leave my trailer and bring yours but it is the best I can do. Question: I can be there Monday. I can pull your rig and all your goodies. It's $1150 each way. (I still have to drive back and pick up my trailer.) $2300 total. I am a certified farrier, calf roper, and trainer. The fuel alone is over $1300. 92 hours of driving, tires, oil, wear & tear on the truck, food lodging, do you want the horses boarded off the trailer or left on for 3-4 nights? $25 per horse overnight board, fod for me, so after those expenses, and the BIG $300 fee for this listing that I pay, I make about $3/hr. Less than minimum wage. My bid is posted.
