Question: I would like to tie this pick up with another pick up of fine furniture in Jericho, NY which is scheduled for Sunday. Otherwise I can't make a special trip for this bid amount. Response: I am primarily interested in having the mattress shipped FLAT as it is a SOFT(not firm)Vera Wang LATEX mattress that cost $4,500. less than a yr ago and I don't want it ruined. An upright trip cross country bouncing in a truck would arrive with most of the latex stuffing on one side so I would want it shipped flat. (11/3/2009)

Question: Hi I placed a new bid which reflects your need for having the set transported flat. This requirement can be met by simply taking up more truck space as well as making sure that other loads in the truck are positioned below your set. I have another load that is going to San Jose and upon further review what I can do is simply square up that load so that I can place your set on top of it. Let me know. Thanks thzig (11/3/2009)

Question: We plan to be around the pick up location next week, but we we're not making a trip to CA until early to mid December. Response: 11/9 yes, it is still active. I was away last wk so I did not put much effort into the issue but I was interested in having the Qn sz mattress & box spring shipped FLAT (not upright) if possible. It is a soft (Vera Wang)latex mattress with no wrapping or box and feel that the mattress may get ruined if shipped upright all the way cross country from NY to CA. So let me know if that would be ok. Also, you did not give me a price to ship from Patchogue, NY to Berkeley, CA. The 11th - the 14th would be good for pick up. What would be the anticipated arrival? I pd $4,500. for the set only 9 months ago. Would it be insured? Thank you (11/9/2009)
