Question: Hello, just a few questions I have for you. 1- Is time an issue? 2- At the pickup/delivery locations are all the items located on the 1st floor? 3- Can a 20 ft enclosed trailer be maneuvered easily at the pickup/delivery locations? 4- Since you live in a gated community, are there only certain times or days of the week we can pickup the items? Thanks, antiquexpressdelivery (9/1/2009)

Response: 1) Not a time issue, I don't need the furniture to be delivered until November/December.
2) All items will be available for pickup/delivery on ground level.
3) Trailer should be easily maneuvered, each residence has street access & driveways.
4) Pick up is not in a gated community, however delivery is, and there are no restrictions on days/times. (9/2/2009)

Response: Thank you so much for the detailed response. I have placed a bid for your consideration. Our trips starts up north then heads down south. We stop at PA every two - three weeks. You are not far from the stops that we have. Thank you - antiquexpressdelivery (9/2/2009)

Response: How do we need to have the items prepared for pickup? The crib is broken down, but the bassinet can only be broken down into 2 pieces, the basket & the stand. How flexible is your quoted price? How much advance notice do you need to have in order for arrangement of pickup? Thank you! (9/3/2009)

Response: Hello, if the items are on the 1st floor that would be greatly appreciated. The crib and the bassinet are fine the way you described to me as in reference to breaking it down. We can tie/pad/shrink wrap the crib and/or the bassinet. As of now the price s $285 and we are in a middle of trip. I should return around the 16th - 19th or so stay home for a week then start heading out again. That is why I asked if time was an issue because on our part we need to make a schedule etc. I hope this helps you. Thank you, Harold/antiquexpressdelivery (9/3/2009)

Response: Thank you for the information. I don't mean to be a pain, but this is my first time organizing something like this, so I have questions. Once I accept the bid, do you have a contract for your services? Are there any additional fees? Do you want payment up front? (9/4/2009)

Response: Hello, no worries, not being a pain at all. On Uship, after the bid has been accepted there is an email that is sent to me stating the addresses and phone numbers for the pickup and the delivery locations. Then I contact you via email or phone. Then we go from there. The accepted bid is a binding contract. The only thing that maybe additional is our insurance. If asked for insurance, we will have to rebid. But we do not ask for deposits for gas or tolls. I am not sure on your part from uShip if there are any additional fees. We would like to be paid at the delivery location and usually COD (if possible). Hope this helps… Thank you, antiquexpressdelivery (9/4/2009)

Question: Hello Shipper, I can pick up between the 5th and 7th with delivery in 2-7 days for $275. This is door to door service including loading/unloading, blanket/saran wrapping, along with full insurance coverage. Let me know if this works for you so I can place my formal bid and reserve the space in our trailer. Thank you, Michael Frear. (9/4/2009)

Response: Michael, The furniture is not needed for immediate delivery. If you have another shipment in the next few weeks, I would definitely be interested in your services. The crib & bassinet need to be delivered from my sister's house in Jenkintown, PA to Boynton Beach, FL. Unfortunately, she needed to get the items out of storage before they were ready for pickup so I missed your stated window of time. Thank you, Kathryn Campbell (9/9/2009)

Response: Hello, I wont be coming back through for about a month... Let me know if that will still work for you.
Thank You,
Michael Frear (9/9/2009)

Response: A month is great - I don't need the furniture until December, so October is perfect.
Thank you,
Kathryn Campbell (9/9/2009)

Question: Good afternoon. I have just completd my current north bound run and am now scheduling pickups for my return run south(really hoping to get a quick turnaround), with final south bound deliveries expected within 5-7 days of final pickup(depending, of course, on how quickly I can fill a load). If this time frame could meet your needs on this, and there will be some assist with loading and unloading, if needed, I can get this delivered for you for 250, paid at pick up via PayPal(preferred). If you would be so considerate, please let me know either way as soon as possible, so I can know whether to persue this further, or focus my efforts elsewhere. Thanks, Howard. Please review my profile and feedback, as you should do with any bidder you may consider-it really does tell the history of the provider. Also. please note that I have NOT YET submitted the formal bid, but will await your reply before doing so. Again, Thank You (9/15/2009)

Response: Howard, Does the quoted price include all charges (insurance and the like)? The crib is broken down, but the bassinet is whicker and cannot be broken down any further... is there anything specific you would like us to do with the furniture, ie. does it need to be pre-wrapped, or will you wrap the items?
Thank you (9/15/2009)

Response: everything is included, I don't charge extra for insurance, and i blanket wrap and secure inside my truck. if you want to plastic wrap the crib thats entirely up to you but not necessary. please let me know if and when you're ready to accept my bid and i'll submit it right away. thanks. (9/15/2009)

Question: am standing by for you reply.. (9/15/2009)

Response: Howard, I sent you a message earlier with a couple of questions: Does your quote include all charges? Is there anything specific we need to do with the furniture before pick up, ie. have it wrapped, or will you wrap it? The crib is broken down, but the bassinet will not break down any smaller because it is whicker. (9/15/2009)

Response: i did respond..scroll up. yes, it includes everything and i don't charge extra for insurance. i blanket wrap and secure within my truck. no need to wrap in plastic unless you're so inclined but not necessary. (9/15/2009)
