Question: Hello Shipper, I can pick up between the 2nd and 5th with delivery in 3-15 days for $450. This is door to door service including loading/unloading, along with full insurance coverage. Response: Hi, as you know there are 2 pieces of furniture - a bed (with trundle inside) and a chest of drawers (4 drawers high) for a kids room. If the bed is disassembled into smaller pieces and shrink wrapped or blanket wrapped, it would not take up a lot of space. There are 2 mattresses (1 is trundle size that is even smaller than a twin) that can be shoved anywhere & the bed would take up very little room b/c it would be separated into headboard, drawers, side rails, and small trundle drawer. The chest of drawers would not be broken down. If we do this as a preliminary, could you ship for much cheaper than $450? The items could be picked up at a business (with loaders) and dropped off at a business with unloaders. I already have a YRC quote for $450, and they are able to do it right away, so if you could go significantly lower, please let me know. Response: If you have someone that will haul you for $450 right away I would definitely use them. Realistically the lowest I can go is $375. And in the Time frame I previously stated. Let me know if that will work for you.

Response: Hi, for $375, I would be willing to go with you & use your time frame. Would you prefer the bed broken down and wrapped or does that even matter? Also, the person who is doing this for me in Bakersfield will need to know when to meet you at a business location with the items or when to be home to meet you. It is right now in his garage, but he is able to meet you at a furniture store & have it loaded. Please let me know the details, & you can go ahead and put an official bid in for that amount. Response: Christne, Yes the price includes insurance. It does not make a difference from which point I pick this up at... Might as well leave it in his garage to keep it simple. I do prefer to have it broken down as it will take up less space. I will place my bid and once you accpet we can discuss in finer detail.
