It may take not more than 30 minutes if you have the right boxes 2 for 15 inch monitors, 2 for CPU's and 1 big box of 3'x2.5'x3' with some bouble wrap and gum tape it should be done.
The fact is I dont have these now. I am new here and do not know where to get it. The whole thing weighs around 300 - 350 pounds. Need to ship by tomorrow noon. So respond immediately with your quote.

Response: I need this best I can provide for all inclusive is 250. Here are the exact weights:
Computer monitors - 2 - 20 x 2 = 40 pounds
Computer CPU - 2 - 15 x 2 = 30 pounds
Computer Server - 1 - 40 x 1 = 40 pounds
Accessories - 1 - 10 x 1 = 10 pounds
Total weight = 120 pounds

Response: Not to worry Sandesh, we are loading the Houston load this morning...and then 5 household pieces for Richmond this afternoon. Packing not a problem, but if at at possible could you please post up a picture of the 200+pound server? I'll be gone most of the day today loading these in the Madison, WI area and will be back online here later in the evening. Also, could you describe the load/unload please?.. As in is there steps? Stairs? and what floors thiese will come from and go to please? Thx again for the reply,

Response: Hi I will try and put up the image. This is in a office building on the 9th floor which has two lifts through which these computers can be brought down. There is also availability of trolley to bring it till the lift and outside the office building. I am not really sure whether the server is that heavy but I am going by the specification given on the internet when it is fully loaded with all the hard disks where as mine has only couple of them. any more questions please ask. I want this to be taken from there on Friday. Is that possible? (4/8/2008)
Response: Hi Sandesh, sorry for my late reply and thank-you for yours, I was out of town. I see you changed dates for pickup?. He's not leaving until Sunday, and down there Monday & Tuesday and back up here Saturday (a week from tomorrow) Also, wasn't expecting up on the 9th floor, that is why I had asked questions. Now, please don't take this wrong, but for a "reality check" as to what your "top dollar" is, please do a inet search on these 3 words. > drmove rates houston , you will see that this company would charge over 200.00 just to go there, pack and bring them down to their truck!! We can do it, but the price is way too low and we can't be there today either, as there'd be too much time involved for us to make it worthwhile for your target price. We have things returning to Chicgo is why I had looked at your shipment. Response: I understand your concern. As we re moving desktops and the servers once packed you will be provided with those trolley where you can bring down through the lift.
Another 100 more. Let me know. I don't need expensive packing as these boxes are sturdy enough a little of cushioning and bubble wrap should do the job. The monitors need a little care. The server is a closet again just 2-3 rounds of bubble wrap should do the job.
And parking is not a problem either on the main entrance which has a slope to load these boxes. I have seen boxes getting loaded and unloaded quite often.
If you bid now I will accept. but give me a date for sure when you will pickup. Need to ensure my manager is at office.

Question: too much weight for 1 pick up will have to do 2-3 pick ups unless you have a skid, let me know options, I will rebid and give final price.

Response: Not too much weight at all and skid is available. Aprrox wt of Computer (CPU) is 15 pounds each. Approx wt of 15 inch computer monitor is 20 pounds each.
Approx wt of server is 80 - 100 pounds
