Response: They both get about 18-20 mpg on the highway if cruising at around 65mph, and given their age, they should be kept at that speed max, for safety purposes. Gas for both would about 200.00 at 3.00 per gallon. No need for premium fuel, they run fine on the cheap stuff. Its about a 10 to 12 hour drive, with rest stops, easily done in one day. I like the idea of a caravan. This may work, however, your bid is close to what I was hoping to find for trailering both vehicles, but honestly, it is a bit high if they're going to be driven. I have three questions for you if you don't mind. Where is your final destination in Idaho? What make, model and year vehicle did you buy in Ohio? Do you all have any experience driving "old school" technology vehicles, because it is a different experience than modern cars? I just turned 54 and grew up on these cars.
