Mode of Transport:
we have been getting puppies and kittens of all ages and breeds to their new homes for over 15 years. I have worked as a vet tech, trainer and I am also a breeder, so when it comes to making sure your pet has the best of care and arrive home with the least amount of stress as possible we are your transport service. We stop at least every 2 hours and exercise and let them potty. If your pet requires medication during travel this is no problem. You are also able to reach anytime during the trip to check on your pet via Cell Phone, Email, or texting (we do none while driving).
Hello, I'm very close to accepting your bid for the transport of my two cats from Texas to New York. I have a couple of questions. Can we discuss the terms over the phone? If so, I can either provide you my # or you can give me yours so I can contact you. Thank you.
I wish we could but Uship doesn't allow us to until a bid is accepted.
Tessa from Paws Transportation
Ok, well can you tell me exactly how this will work? Will you meet me on the Air Force base and then start the journey north? Will the cats be on leashes when you stop to let them out every few hours? Will you be staying in pet friendly hotels on the way? Also, my wife and I will not be in NY until late September. My mother in law would be the one to have to meet you in Dexter to pick up the cats. Will that be an issue?
We can meet you on Base. We do have 4 other cats to pick up in Houston area before we start heading north. If your cats are use to walking on a leash they will be walked every 2 hour when we stop. We stay in pet friendly hotels and your cats will have time each night to run around in the room. There will be no problem dropping them off with your mother in law in dexter. The way Uship works is once you find a shipper you like and their bid a terms are agreeable with you, you accept the bid they will require you to pay at that time and you will receive contact info for the transporter. When the transporter picks up you will give them a code that uship gives you when you pay. This code is what allows the transporter to get paid. The money stays in kind of an escrow with uship until you give transporter the code or go on line and release the money to them.
If I accept now, when will you arrive to pick up the cats? Also, when will I get your phone #? I'm having a difficult time understanding why I can't speak to you until after I've paid.
We will either be there Sunday night or Monday morning. Uship will give you all my info once you accept the bid. I am not allowed to give you contact information until then or they will kick me of the site for violating their rules. Sorry
Ok, just one last question. Will the total price be the 330 plus tax for the shipment of both of my cats? There are no other hidden fees or extra costs associated with this shipment, correct?
We don't charge additional fees and the only thing i need for you to provide is food for cats during trip and leash and harness for each if you want them walked
