Questions for this shipment:

Question: Hello, I can pick up your cats on the 25th or 26th. I will deliver them within 3 days. They can ride in the cab of the truck with us in the AC. I have a carrier for each of them or one big one they can share. I can transport them for $400. I have 2 rescue cats at home myself. Let me know if I can help you. Thanks, Addy Cravens (9/11/2009)
Response: Hi Addy, The pickup dates are good but I'm moving to Utah on 10/1 and won't get there until the evening of 10/3. I'm driving but will have my 80-pound dog in the back seat with no room for the cats. Is there any way you could deliver them 10/3 or later? You sound very dependable. Thanks, Sylvia (9/12/2009)
Response: Hi, Sure we can deliver on 10/3 or later. I will go ahead and enter my bid. Thanks again, Addy (9/12/2009)
Response: 3 days in a carrier is probably ok for them but I'm wondering how they'll do if it ends up being 9/26 through 10/3? That's a week and they aren't used to being in a carrier and they're older cats. I worry about my babies. I know you'd take good care of them. Since they're the only cats you'll have on the trip do they need tags and shots? They've always stayed indoors and seem very healthy but I know a lot of places require a health certificate. I can get one if required, just wondering if I'd need to. Thanks Addy. (9/12/2009)
Response: Hi, If I pick up your cats on 9/26 I will be going to my house in OK for a few days before we leave out for Idaho. I would NEVER make your cats stay in a carrier for more then 2 days!! While I am at home waiting to leave out I will let you cats stay in the house with me. I don't have any house pets, dogs or cats. My cats live in our horse barn. So they may stay in the house with me. I will provide a litter box for them if needed. I would ask that you send them with some food and litter though. About the shots and tags, don't worry about that stuff. I don't need it and I am sure they are both healthy. They can come as they are. Let me know if thats okay with you if we pick up on 9/26 and then come to my farm in OK to layover for a couple days before leaving. If you are comfortable with that then I will place a bid. Let me know. Thanks, Addy (9/12/2009)
Response: That sounds wonderful and would definitely work for me. You have a bid of $400. Can I accept that? (9/12/2009)
Response: Yes you can go ahead and accept the bid. I had forgotten that I already placed one! lol! Just send me an email after you accept if you want. Thanks again, Addy (9/12/2009)
Question: Hi, please check my feedback!!!! I'm currently rated the #1 cat transporter on Uship. My service is kind of unique. I transport via commercial airlines. Cloudy & Toomey will ride in climate control cabin with my husband and I, never leaving my side. Delivered to you in hours! No dirty truck stops or rest areas. Not days on the road! No health certificate is required. I will supply the carriers for the flight. If someone could meet me at Houston airport and at Salt Lake City airport I would bid $595. If you needed door to door service we can also provide that Please let me know if I should place my bid. At the moment I could accomadate the dates you are requesting, Lu-anne (9/12/2009)
Response: I love the idea of them not being in a carrier more than a few hours since they're older cats (a mom and son duo who were already full-grown when I got them 11 years ago). I would need door-to-door service but since I'm driving to Utah I won't be there to get them for 3 days. Not sure what to do. (9/12/2009)
Response: Could you meet me at Houston Hobby airport on your way out of town? I would take the cats back home with me and board them, then fly out to SLC after you have arrived and you meet me at SLC airport? If that could work I would bid 675. That would cover flights and three days board. Lu-Anne (9/12/2009)
Response: Hobby airport is on the south side of town and I'm on the north side so it would add another 2 hours roundtrip driving the day I leave. I have one small carrier so I'd need to buy another for the larger cat just to take them to/from the airport. They need collars, ID tags and shots. Then I'll need to have the carriers in the car with me anyway on my trip since I'll need them when I pick the cats up at the airport in SLC (can't store the carriers on the moving van since they could take a week to get there). I won't have room for the carriers in my car which is why I'm not taking the cats with me. I'm leaving 10/1 in the afternoon, getting to SLC on 10/3 early evening if all goes well. How flexible is your pickup date? I wish this could work but the cost is getting up there for me (good price for the services though) and having to drive that far to Hobby on the day I leave will put me really far behind schedule. I appreciate you working with me though! I'm still thinking about it. (9/12/2009)
Response: Here is one option: Would you be able to drop cats off at Houston Hobby on Tues 9/29 or Wed 9/30. We could fly them right into SLC, rent a car and bring them to boarding kennel of your choice where you would pick them up at your convenience. Bid would be 650 (flight and car rental in SLC). Lu-anne (9/12/2009)
